Synopsis of the Scheme 项目简介
国家自然科学基金委员会 (NSFC) 与香港研究资助局 (RGC) 为进一步鼓励和支持内地与香港青年学者之间的学术交流，组织和资助两地青年学者论坛。现开始征集2023年度国家自然科学基金委员会与香港研究资助局青年学者论坛项目 (NSFC-RGC青年学者论坛) 。
The National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), together with the Research Grants Committee (RGC) have set up a joint program on the forum for young scholars, to further encourage and support academic exchange between young scholars in the Mainland and Hong Kong.
Eligibility 申请资质
1. 申请人年龄要求为45周岁及以下，须具有高级专业技术职务职称。
2. 申请人须是2024年12月31日（含）以后结题的三年期（含）以上国家自然科学基金在研项目的主持人或主要参与者（主要参与者需经在研项目负责人同意）。
3. 申请人应该是申请合作交流项目的实际负责人，限为1人。
4. 与香港地区研究者具有良好的合作基础。

1. Applicants should be aged 45 or younger and possess a senior professional title.
2. Applicants should be the PI or main participant of a 3-year or above ongoing NSFC project, which will be completed after 31 December 2024 (main participant needs to be approved by the PI).
3. Applicant is the person in charge of the exchange program, limited to one person.
4. Have a good foundation for cooperation with researchers in Hong Kong.
5. Please refer to the 2023 NSFC guidelines for other eligibility requirements.
