Twelve major projects were released this time. Projects that are more suitable for our university includs (5) Research on the organized scientific research in universities under the background of self-reliance and self-improvement; (7) Research on the selection and cultivation of top innovative talents; (9) Research on the new cooperation system between universities and local industry enterprises; (12) Research on the impact of the new generation of artificial intelligence on education.

Synopsis of the Scheme 项目简介
The National Education Sciences Planning is one of the most fundamental research foundations for education sciences in China. It mainly focuses on the critical and frontier issues of education sciences with Chinese characteristics. Applicants can choose the subject according to their research areas.
全国教育科学规划课题是我国最基础的教育科学研究基金之一。2023年度全国教育科学规划课题申报公告聚焦构建中国特色教育学重要基础和前沿问题，拟定了一批重要选题方向，申请人可结合自身学术专长和研究基础选择申报。
Eligibility 申请资质
1. 申请人应符合以下申报条件：
（1）申请人须具有正高级专业技术职称（职务）
（2）子课题负责人须在《投标书》上签字，否则视为违规申报
2. 有以下情况之一者不得申报本次项目：
（1） 在研国家社科基金重大项目、重大研究专项项目，其他国家级重大科研项目，教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目的负责人
（2） 申请其他国家级科研重大项目及教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目的负责人
3. 其他申报要求请参阅项目指南
1. Applicants should meet the following requirements:
(1) Applicants should possess a senior professional title.
(2) The PI of the sub-topic must sign for confirmation, otherwise it will be regarded as a violation of regulations.
2. Following researchers are not allowed to apply for this project:
(1) PI who is undertaking NSSFC/MoE/other national Major Projects.
(2) Applicants for MoE/other national Major Projects.
3. For other eligibility requirements, please refer to the scheme guidelines.
Proposal Submission 申报方式
Please log in to the online system and download the application form to fill in, and submit it through the system. Please print the application materials as required and submit them to Wang Yanfei before Jun 1. RD will review the materials and apply for the university stamp.
即日起至2023年6月1日，申请人自行登陆全国教育规划管理平台进行网络填报，申请人在平台上填写并导出《投标书》，签字并加盖单位公章后，全文扫描在一个文档中，将签字盖章版《投标书》PDF正式提交到平台上。请6月1日前将申请材料提交至科研处王妍斐，科研处将审核申请书及活页，并申请加盖单位公章。
