Synopsis of the Scheme 项目简介
本项目着眼于进一步加强广州市农业、社会发展和生物医药与健康领域的技术攻关及成果推广应用，为实施乡村振兴战略、推动实现碳达峰碳中和目标、提升城市社会治理科技水平、加快生物医药与健康产业创新发展提供强有力的科技供给，促进创新链产业链深度融合。
本项目重点支持乡村振兴、城市社会发展、生物医药与健康等三个领域，包括种业科技创新、绿色农业及现代食品技术、数字农业与现代农业装备技术、对口科技帮扶合作及城乡融合发展、绿色低碳循环技术、资源环境与城市社会治理科技、创新药物与高端医疗器械研究开发、医疗卫生关键技术研究及应用、中医药关键技术研究及应用和生物技术研究及应用等10个方向。
This project aims to strengthen the technological research and application of achievements in the fields of agriculture, social development, bio-medicine, and health in Guangzhou, provide powerful technical support for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy, achieve the goal of carbon dioxide emission and carbon neutrality, improve technological urban governance, accelerate the innovation and development of bio-medicine and health industry, and promote the deep integration of innovation chain and industry chain.
The funding scheme supports the research areas of revitalizing rural areas, urban social development, and biomedicine and health care. It supports 10 research directions of seed industry S&T innovation, green agriculture and modern food technology, digital agriculture and modern agricultural equipment technology, technology assistance and integrated urban-rural development, green and low-carbon cycling technology, resources, environment, and urban governance technology, research and development of new drugs and high-end medical devices, research and application of key medical and health technology, research and application of key technology of traditional Chinese medicine, biotechnology research and application.
Eligibility 申请资质
1. 项目负责人年龄应不超过60周岁（指项目负责人应为1963年1月1日及以后出生），两院院士不受年龄限制；
2. 项目负责人在研和当年新申报市科技计划项目只能依托同一个单位；
3. 同一项目不得申报不同的科技计划类别；
4. 已获得国家级、省级财政资金支持或市级其他部门财政资金支持的项目不得再次申报。
5. 作为项目负责人2023年度及以后同一科技计划类别内，在研和新申报项目累计不得超过 1 项。
1. The PI should be under 60 (born on or after 1 Jan 1963). There is no age limit for academicians.
2. The PI can only be affiliated with the same institution if they have an ongoing Guangzhou S&T project and intends to apply for a Guangzhou S&T project this year.
3. The same project cannot be used to apply for different funding schemes.
4. Projects granted by national, provincial, or other municipal units shall not be applied again.
5. The PIs can have no more than one ongoing or applied project under the same technology scheme since 2023.
Proposal Submission 申报方式
1. 申报人在广州科技大脑系统登录并提交申报材料，未注册系统账号的申请人请直接在广州科技大脑系统自行注册账号。
2. 广州科技大脑已创建枢纽为二级单位，申报人提交的项目资料须由枢纽先审核后于2023年6月1日24:00前提交至学校管理员审核。
1. The applicant should log in and submit the application materials through Guangzhou Science-Brain. Applicants who do not have accounts yet should register on the system directly.
2. Hubs are set as the second-level unit for project review. The Hubs should review the proposals submitted by the applicant before being submitted to the HKUST(GZ) administrator by 24:00, June 1, 2023.
Notes 注意事项
多单位联合申报的，须签署合作协议。
A collaborative agreement must be signed if the project is jointly applied by more than one institution.
