Synopsis of the Scheme 项目简介
NSSFC is one of the most fundamental and well-recognized research foundations for social science in China. NSSFC projects mainly focus on the critical and frontier issues of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics. It supports a wide range of social science research areas. This year three types of funding programs are open up for application.
国家社会科学基金是我国最基础、最受认可的社会科学研究基金会之一。国家社会科学基金项目聚焦构建中国特色哲学社会科学重要基础和前沿问题，支持广泛的社会科学研究领域。本次可申报3种类别的社会科学基金项目。
Eligibility 申请资质
1. Applicants should meet the following requirements:
(1) Applicants should have a vice-senior professional title or above or have a doctor's degree.
(2) Applicants for the Youth Project should be under the age of 35, i.e., born after 5 May 1988.
(3) Consent and confirmation with the signature of the team member must be obtained.
(4) Applicants can only apply for one NSSFC project in one year and are not allowed to participate in other NSSFC projects.
1. 申请人应符合以下申报条件：
（1） 具有副高级以上（含）专业技术职称（职务）或者具有博士学位；
（2） 青年项目申请人的年龄不超过35周岁（1988年5月5日后出生）；
（3） 课题组成员须征得本人同意并签字确认，否则视为违规申报；
（4） 申请人同年度只能申报一个国家社科基金项目，且不能作为课题组成员参与其他国家社科基金项目的申请。
2. Following researchers are not allowed to apply for this project:
(1) PI who is undertaking NSFC/NSSFC/other national research projects.
(2) Applicants for NSFC/other national research projects this year.
(3) Applicants for the Humanities and Social Science Research Projects of MoE this year.
2. 有以下情况之一者不得申报本次项目：
（1） 在研国家社科基金项目、国家自然科学基金项目及其他国家级科研项目负责人；
（2） 同年国家自然科学基金项目及其他国家级科研项目的申请人；
（3） 同年教育部人文社会科学研究一般项目的申请人

Institutional Quota 申报限额
10 Proposals for the university.
本科高校可申报10项。
Proposal Submission 申报方式
Please log in to the online system and download the application documents pack to fill up, and submit it through the system. Please print the proposal as required and submit it to Wang Yanfei before April 25. RD needs to review the materials and submit them to the Guangdong Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science.
2023年4月20-23日，申请人自行登陆国家社科基金科研创新服务管理平台进行网络填报，一律以平台下载的网络填报版压缩包为准填写并上传。网络提交后请点击“下载申请书”打印纸质版申请书（封面“项目序号框”会自动生成项目申报序号），确保线上线下申请书内容完全一致。
请于4月25日前将纸质版申请书按要求打印后递交至科研处王妍斐，科研处需要对材料审核用印并提交至广东省哲学社会科学规划专项小组。
