Further to the call for proposal announcement on the Guangdong Basic and Applied Basic Research Foundation – Natural Science Funding Scheme, and before the deadline for submission, the Research Department specially arranged a sharing seminar for the Guangdong Distinguished Young Scholar Funding Scheme(广东省自然科学基金杰出青年项目). We invited Prof. Kaishun WU, who has been awarded by first Guangdong Distinguished Young Scholar Funding Scheme and is experienced in reviewing proposals for this scheme, to share his experience and provide valuable suggestions on application and proposal composing.

We strongly recommend that the applicants preparing for this scheme join the seminar. They can also bring along their drafted proposal for Prof. WU’s advice. We also welcome all faculty and staff who are interested in Guangdong research grants to join.
